Services
Short-run web production of 1/C and 2/C softcover books
- We provide heat-set web offset presses
(22 3⁄ 4" cut-off). - We stock 50# and 60# offset paper for an
8 3⁄ 8" × 10 7⁄ 8" format. - We actively and aggressively support run quantities from 1,000 to 50,000.
- We provide multiple perfect or saddle-stitch binding lines for fast, timely delivery.
One-color to six-color 40" sheetfed printing
and Bobst die-cutting
- We print transparencies from one-color to
six-color, and we offer EasyRelease™ perfect binding. - We have the capability to manufacture big books up to 18 1⁄ 2" x 26 1⁄ 2", as well as card sets and posters.
- For unique products such as clings, floor mats, and game boards, our UV sheetfed presses allow printing of up to six colors in one pass. We can also die-cut products to your specifications.
Kitting and assembly
- We provide complete kit assembly services from package design and manufacturing to the final assembly process; we even warehouse and fulfill.
- We can also provide subassemblies, reducing your need to stock multiple components and simplifying your final pick process.
- We give you password-protected access to all of your production information. Whether your job is in process or finished goods in inventory, you can see it in real time online.
- Mazer’s Oracle-based ERP system is used throughout the company to support all of our processes.
Fulfillment
- Use our fulfillment services and save on warehousing and fulfillment expenses.
- E-commerce fulfillment is available and includes credit card clearance of most major credit cards.
- Mazer can systematically receive your orders into Oracle for fast, accurate processing.
